Security and Compliance Best Practices

In working with any Title & Settlement Companies, all consumers will be required to share very important Non Public Private Information (NPPI). As an SSAE-16 certified company, Nations routinely verifies controls are in place for data storage and security, and Nations is tested by an independent 3rd party, Grant Thornton, to verify compliance.

In the unlikely event of a natural disaster or service center outage, Nations is tried and tested with full disaster recovery certification to ensure business continuity is maintained through one of our 3 operations center locations.

Nations also uses state of the art encryption and defense to make sure sensitive information is protected against identify theft and other threats.
