As an SSAE-16 certified company, Nations routinely verifies controls are in place for data storage and security, and Nations is tested by an independent 3rd party, Grant Thornton, to verify compliance.
In the unlikely event of a natural disaster or service center outage, Nations is tried and tested with full disaster recovery certification to ensure business continuity is maintained through one of our 3 operations center locations.
Nations also uses state of the art encryption and defense to make sure sensitive information is protected against identify theft and other threats.
The Nations Companies are licensed, bonded and insured as an authorized title & settlement company in most US states. Copies of insurance licenses are accessible with each respective Department of Insurance (DOI) website.
