Point
Point is a multipurpose mortgage prequalification, origination, processing, and
managing application designed for mortgage loan originators, mortgage brokers,
mortgage bankers, and other retail mortgage professionals. We have established

If after following the steps below, you do not see Nations Title Agency listed as an interface,
please download the the file.

After you download ntainterface.exe to your computer, run
the program and it will extract the interface files to your
PNTTEMPL\INTRFACE\TITLE directory. If your database files
are stored on a network drive, please change the destination
directory to your PNTTEMPL\INTRFACE\TITLE directory.

1. Double-Click the Point icon on your desktop to open the program. |

2. When the program opens, click on the Loans tab in the Navigation Panel. |

3. Search for the Borrower that you want to upload to Nations Title Agency.
Double-click on the Borrower name in the Borrower Search Results pane. |

4. This will open the borrower file in Point. |
 |
5. Open the Interfaces menu then select the Title/Escrow… menu item.
This will open the Title/Escrow Interfaces dialog box. |
 |
6. Select Nations Title Agency in the list of interfaces, then click Send Data. |
 |
7. The Nations Title Agency website will open in your web browser. |
 |
8. In the Fast Track section, click the Place an Order radio button
and select Calyx Point Upload from the order Type drop-down.
Select the NTA company that you want to place your order with from the NTA Company drop-down.
Enter your User Name and Password in the fields provided.
Click the Go button. |

9. The Calyx Upload order form will open. |

10. Click the Browse... button and select the file that you exported from Point (c:\ntacalyx.csv). Select the Title, Appraisal, and Related Services products that you want to order.
Enter any Special Instructions you have for the order. Click the Upload button to submit
your order. |

11. After your order is processed, the confirmation page will open. This page will show your order number as well as some
basic information about the order you submitted. |
