Nations Title Offers a Powerful Tool for Real Estate Agents with Single Property Websites

Nations Title Agency is excited to unveil its latest amazing service: Single Property Websites. This tool will create a website for one property, allowing real estate agents to fully promote each of their listings and to get new listings. This also includes multiple social networking platforms, specialized text messaging, and a variety of sharing capabilities.

Real estate agents can now tell their sellers that they will create a website just for that property, one that will not need to be shared on MLS or any of the other websites with a multitude of other properties, causing theirs to get lost in the shuffle. Each site will have the agent's custom logo, their picture, their contact information and many other exciting features.

"At Nations we believe that if we help real estate agents grow their business, then ours in turn will grow," says Nations Regional President Chris van Winkle. "Nations has a long history of innovation, and we are thrilled to share it with real estate agents."

Each website has virtual tours that can be posted in the MLS, high-definition panoramic tours, text message mortgage calculators for prospects to determine their payments, and mobile optimization that captures the cell number allowing for easy call-backs. The site also automatically posts to top real estate sites every night, such as realtor.com, if the agent is a member, trulia, zillow, frontdoor, elookyloo, clrsearch, trovit, and vast.

The site has easy-to-use sharing buttons for Facebook, Twitter, Craigslist, Backpage, and others, and HTML codes and widgets that can be posted on other sites. Agents can post on Craigslist once every two days and the site will track the leads as they come in. The site will also link to Google maps for street views and driving directions. The agent will be able to obtain statistics for the site, showing traffic and allowing for capturing of leads.

There are great offline features as well! These include flyers that are easy to create and are printable, business card stickers, and water bottle labels that have the home and the agent's contact information. All of these will get carried around, continuing to promote the home and the agent.

This is another way that Nations Title Agency helps real estate agents, such as listing services, social media consulting, neighborhood outlooks, and lead locators.
