I have worked with Nations Title for over 15 years with several different companies. Through change of staff, change of locations and all the other changes that our industry has gone through, they have consistently been the best title company that I have worked with. With the choice of title companies by listing agents, I have been exposed to numerous other title companies, some good, some bad. None go as far as Nations Title will go with user friendly service and care. Title companies that close at 5:00 and will not have a closing after that, when needed, are still in existence. Last minute loan packages that sometimes take place, get handled as if the norm, not as if they never occur. I can honestly say I have never had a closing time rejected in 15years with Nations Title. They will always “make it happen”.
Title companies don’t even bother visiting me anymore, because I have told them that I have used the same company for as long as I have. “If it is not broke, I don’t need to fix it” is generally how I have to leave the conversation with them. My hat is off to Nations and their staff. Thanks for always taking care of us.

Nations Title goes above and beyond the norm. They are definately my preferred title company of choice. I like how they offer mobile closings. I had a client in Ann Arbor, and the home & buyer were in Grand Rapids, the seller was able to sign her documents in the comfort of her own home with a title rep from Nations and did not have to travel or take time off of work. I just wanted to drop a line to let you know how pleased we are with the service that we have received from Nations Title Agency. We had previously been using another Title company exclusively in Michigan and others states across the country. We were mildly satisfied with the service, but we never saw a representative and we really never had a go to person if we had a problem. We started using Nations Title Agency about 3 months ago, and we have been very pleased with the service we have received from your company, as well as the help that we receive from our account executive, Paul Heymoss who has helped us out on several occasions so far. With good end results I might add. We have a lot of your competitors (other title companies) stopping by our office, constantly buying lunch for everyone, dropping off treats, and trying to get orders for their companies. I personally, don’t fall for the “feed me” sales approach, so I usually pass on the visits. The service and results are more important to me and my clients.
